Understand what is covered before treatment
Dental treatment involves biological healing as well as manufactured components. No website statement can guarantee that every tooth, implant or restoration will remain free of complications.
Ask for any commercial cover in writing
If your treatment includes a commercial guarantee, request the specific terms before agreeing to care. Those terms should identify the treatment covered, duration, conditions, exclusions, available remedy and any costs that remain payable.
A manufacturer's product warranty and the center's treatment policy may cover different things. Neither should be assumed from a general product description.
Maintenance remains important
Follow the individual cleaning and review plan, and report a problem promptly. A loose, painful or damaged restoration needs assessment even when you are unsure whether commercial cover applies.
How to raise a concern
Contact reception with your name, treatment date if known and a brief description of the concern. The team will arrange an appropriate review and explain the applicable written terms. Do not attempt home repairs while waiting.
This page does not create a lifetime or fixed-duration guarantee. Any confirmed cover must be documented specifically for the treatment.
